International dance and music traditions
The beginnings of modern civilization sprung from the areas surrounding the ancient Seven Seas. Each of these regions possess distinct cultural traditions of dance and music, based upon their histories, that are treasured for their unique characteristics. Seven Seas Dance exists to explore these traditions and to share them with the widest possible audience.

No prior dance experience is necessary for those who would like to learn - just the desire to experience new cultures through dance and music, and the willingness to have fun while exercising.
Available instruction and performance styles include Balkan, Meditteranean, Middle Eastern, Belly Dance and Indian.
